The following policies apply for the Philadelphia Eagles Youth Football Academy Events that take place at the Eagles Training Facility located at 1 NovaCare Way in Philadelphia, PA.

If you qualify for a refund, the Philadelphia Eagles Football Academy will provide a refund minus any processing fees. To clarify if you paid $120 for your registration, the most you will be refunded is $115. If you paid $120 plus a $5 processing fee you will receive a $120 refund and the $5 processing fee will not be refunded. All refund requests must be made in writing via email to email@example.com.
What if I need to cancel my order? Can I get a refund?
Once your Event is less than 15 days from the scheduled start date, no refunds will be approved by Philadelphia Eagles Football Academy. You may request a full credit for the amount paid that can be used on a future Philadelphia Eagles Football Academy Event. All requests must be submitted in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and must be received before the scheduled start date of the Event.
What happens if an event gets postponed or canceled?
If an Eagles Academy Event is postponed or canceled, all participants will have the option of receiving full credit and using it at a future Eagles Academy event. If you do not want to attend a future Eagles Academy Event you can opt to request a refund however the above refund policy would apply whereas each participant would receive a refund minus the $5 per participant processing fee.
What happens in the event of inclement weather?
All our camps, clinics and events take place rain or shine. Currently, all of our events are scheduled to be inside the Eagles Indoor Facility. If we schedule an outdoor event, we will clearly describe additional inclement weather details/plans.
Does my child need a specialist football experience to attend?
No prior football experience is required to attend the Philadelphia Eagles Football Academy. All events, camps, and clinics are open to everyone from novices to the more experienced player.
Is there a sibling discount?
No, all participants must pay the full listed price.
All events accept online registration and require that parents make payments in USD.
Do I need to submit health forms?
No health forms are required for Philadelphia Eagles Football Academy camps, clinics, and events. During the registration process, you will be required to sign a waiver stating that the participant you are registering is in good physical health and can participate fully in the activity.
How many people can attend with the participant?
We recommend that no more than 2 adults attend per participant. Please contact us if you need to request an exception to the rule.
What do participants have to wear?
All players are required to wear cleats or turf shoes. Players should be dressed appropriately to play football, we suggest shorts and t-shirts. Each participating player will receive an official Eagles Academy t-shirt which they are required to wear during camp.
How are the players grouped?
Players are grouped by age, which will be decided according to the age-related session you registered for.
Can I request my child to be in the same group as a friend?
Yes, if both players are in the same age group they can attend the same session.
What is the coach to player ratio?
There will be up to a 10-1 player to coach ratio on all Philadelphia Eagles Football Academy camps, clinics, and events.
Can I drop my child off early or pick them up after camp ends?
No early drop-offs or late picks ups are permitted.
How do coaches contact parents in an emergency?
During the online registration, the parent will provide a phone number that we will use to contact the parent in an emergency. If you are already registered and your contact information has changed please email us your updated phone number.
How do parents contact coaches in an emergency?
Parents can contact us using the event app which can be downloaded here. You can also contact the lead event person, Garrett Shea on his cell phone 732-991-9636 (please only use this for urgent matters).
Do you provide transportation?
No, you will need to find your own transportation to get to and from your camp, clinic or event.
Water and/or Gatorade is provided for the participants.
Is lunch provided?
No. Please note the NovaCare Indoor Facility has a NO food policy - most camps, clinics or events held at this location will only take place for a portion of the day, so no food breaks are required. Please do not bring any food with you any camps, clinics or events held at this location.
For all other camps, clinics and events participants must bring their own lunch and snacks.
What professional players will be at the camp?
At all our camps, clinics and events there will be at least one professional Philadelphia Eagles Football player in attendance.
Can I bring something for the professional player to sign?
No - all participants will have an opportunity to have a photo taken with a Philadelphia Eagles Football player. All participants will be photographed by our photographer and will receive their photo to take home.
Will the team mascot be there?
Yes, the Philadelphia Eagles mascot, SWOOP will be at all camps, clinics, and events.
Do players receive anything as part of their registration?
All players will receive a Philadelphia Eagles Football Academy T-Shirt, which will be issued their camp, clinic or event. If participants decide to have their photo taken with the Philadelphia Eagles professional player they will receive that photo to take home.
Can parents meet the professional player(s)?
No. Interaction with the Philadelphia Eagles players is reserved for participants only.
Waivers and Concussion Management Plans
All Eagles Youth Football Academy events are non-contact and focus on skills and drills. Eagles Youth Football Academy events do not use equipment (such as helmets or shoulder pads), however, based on best practices for non-contact camps, all parents are asked to review the concussion management action plan which was created by the CDC through their Heads Up program.
