The Philadelphia Eagles Youth Football Camp made a special stop at the United Sports Complex on Saturday, April 6, 2024, offering young fans an unforgettable Eagles football experience. The camp, which was a sold-out event, attracted participants from across the Northeast, including states like New York, Washington DC, Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
For those who missed out, mark your calendars for June 22, 2024, when the Eagles Youth Football Camp will return to the United Sports Complex in Downingtown, PA as part of their summer clinic tour. If you’re interested in learning more, please visit https://eaglesacademies.com/clinics/.
The camp featured appearances by current Philadelphia Eagles defensive back Zech McPhearson, former Eagles Offensive Lineman Todd Herremans, the team mascot SWOOP, and the Eagles Cheerleaders.
The day kicked off with attendees having the opportunity to meet Zech McPhearson, SWOOP, and the Eagles Cheerleaders for photos. Zech then addressed the campers before moving on to different stations to interact and work with the kids.
Throughout the event, campers rotated through various stations led by coaches from the Eagles Youth Football Academy, comprised of college and high school football coaches. These stations focused on teaching fundamental football skills, as well as providing training on quickness, footwork, and athleticism.
Former Eagles Offensive Lineman Todd Herremans also joined the camp, visiting each station to engage with the kids and assist them with different drills.
Each Eagles Youth Football Camper ended the event by receiving an Eagles string bag and Eagles headband. We hope all of our Eagles Youth Football Academy participants had a great time!
